Welcome to Sourdough DXB, my artisan microbakery here in Dubai. This is bread with a person behind it—from the first fold to the last loaf out of the oven.

I bake in small weekly batches, with a menu made for everyday tables, slow breakfasts and that first slice you can’t quite wait for.
